Nates is a portable heated cushion and the details are attached. They are powered by a power bank. With a standard 10,000 mAh power bank, you will get up to about 3 hours of usage on the high setting.

Push the button, and Nates comes with a carry handle, un-click the button, and it becomes a shoulder strap.

Mensa Heating is a premium product, so we don't like to put anything to chance. We have great rates with premium carriers. All shipments are tracked. Alternatively, you can purchase and pick up from any or our stockist. To find your nearest store, use our store locator here.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can return any item within 14 days of purchase with assessment for exchange or refund. If the product is defective or damaged, it will be assessed under our warranty policy. If you have simply changed your mind and the product is returned in new condition and original packaging, we will assess it for a refund. Full details can be found within our Refund Policy.

Do I need to set up an account to make an order?

No, but we recommend it as it helps in the event of a warranty claim or shipping problems. 

How do I track my order?
