Great product and excellent customer service

My service with
Mensa got better as I saw how many other
outdoor products their had.The Mensa hood was an add on
requirement.But the other products were adapted to other
outdoor and BBQ etc.

The item arrive via courier about a week after ordering on line. What can I say? The Imus heater has not disappointed it actually works far better than expected. We replaced a 2000W radiator we got from Bunnings a few years ago, which we have used in our outdoor patio, to be honest it has struggled to provide much respite from the cold. Since our little Imus arrived it has been a lot different. As soon as I turned it on I could feel warmth, we have it under a little table where it has made a big difference to the level of comfort. I highly recommend checking out these innovative heaters only uses 550W and you can touch the entire unit as it doesn't get hot to touch so is ideal for children and pets. At $299 plus postage this has been one of the best purchases that I have made in a while.

I found these nifty units online when looking for a safe outdoor heating option for my daughter’s 11 th birthday! Only thing was - it was a Wednesday and I needed the heaters by Saturday morning for the event !! I was so very grateful and impressed by Darren’s immediate response to sort out OVERNIGHT packing and delivery -by no later than Thursday lunchtime !!! I purchased 2 units - one for where the 15 children were playing in the undercover bbq area and the other for where the mums sat - it was a very cold Melbourne winter day and all the mums were huddled around the unit and super grateful !
They were an absolute blessing ! SAFE, easy one button - on/off usage and nice clean heat. I also purchased the covers and have them placed in the alfresco corner for the next time we have another outdoor get together - perfect for an evening outdoors with a glass of red with this by your legs ! Great unit, very simple on/off switch. Amazing how it keeps you warm without becoming too hot on your legs. Highly recommended.

Received my heater after couriers delay. Darren was great following up for me.. good service from Mensa. Thank you. Great little heater! And light enough for me to move outside when required.

We have a Terrace that is not able to be heated by electric wall heaters, so I looked high and low for moveable heaters that look good. I am not a fan of the Gas heaters that loom above you as they are too big and ugly. The slimline, black heaters with a table top to stand around with a drink, are just what I wanted.
The immediate replies to my emails provided top notch service too.

Excellent unit and makes a massive difference to the comfort in our outside dining area.

I love this heater because I can use it sitting out on the back patio, or inside in the study when I’m working from home. And it heats up straight away!
